Complete Parent Information Form
Before you register a student, you must complete the Parent Information Form (one time only). You will be asked to create a 10-digit Parent ID Number that you will enter on the Student Registration Forms. Do NOT submit more than one Parent Information Form!
Complete Student Registration Forms
You must complete a Student Registration Form for each child for each term using the Parent ID Number you created when you filled out the Parent Information Form.
For Summer 2018, complete the Camp Sunshine Form.
For 2018-2019 Academic Year, complete the 2018-2019 Form.
Do NOT submit more than one form per student per term!

You will receive a confirmation e-mail for every form you submit. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, contact Adam Savacool, Assistant Registrar, by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to be sure your registration was received.
We will begin processing registrations on Friday, March 2, and will e-mail you by Friday, March 9 with the enrollment results. If we are unable to find a spot for your child, we will automatically add him/her to the wait list.
